TAL Software releases TAL-Filter-2 v3.0.0 free plugin 11th May 2021

TAL Software has released updates for some of its free audio plugins.

Following yesterday’s TAL-Filter-2 update, version 2.4.0 of the TAL-Reverb-4 high quality plate reverb with a vintage ’80s character comes with an updated interface, and a new preset browser has been added.

The TAL-Chorus-LX Juno-60 chorus effect now features a vector user interface. Version 1.6.0 also updates the core (internals) of the plugin.

Both plugins are free to download for Windows, macOS, and Linux, in VST/VST3, AU and AAX formats.

SNFK Music has released StupidCompressor, free VST3 plugin effect for Windows.

StupidCompressor was designed with CPU and memory management in mind. The sound engine was rewritten multiple times to ensure it wouldn’t be a CPU hog. On a laptop with a AMD Ryzen 5 2500U CPU and 16 GB ram, it only added 1% CPU load in FL Studio with all of the features enabled.
